Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview:

Seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to provide phone-based support for hearing devices and related connectivity products. This remote role involves assisting with consumer inquiries, technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage approximately 20 customer calls daily
  • Provide basic product support and troubleshooting
  • Connect consumers with authorized service providers
  • Accurately document interactions in multiple systems
  • Promote products and services professionally
  • Report customer trends and feedback to leadership
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy; experience with Bluetooth and mobile devices a plus
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Patient, helpful, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Details:

  • Pay: $19.50-22/hour
  • Schedule: MUST BE Available: M-F, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM CST (Training: M-F, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM)
  • Location: Remote (Minnesota Residents ONLY!)
