We're looking for a Quality Engineer ready to take ownership of key quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and work cross-functionally to support the launch and production of high-impact products.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage ISO certification preparation
  • Oversee supplier quality management processes
  • Investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Create and maintain clear, compliant quality documentation
  • Collaborate on BOM updates with engineering and production teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and promote best practices
  • Analyze and report on quality metrics with a focus on continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive, independent thinker with a passion for excellence
  • Bachelor's degree required (MS preferred); EE or ME a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bonus: basic programming skills
