Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Corporate Recruiter for a Contract position in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-office position with a well-established, growing corporation. This contract position is expected to last at least 3-6 months but there could also be an opportunity for this person to be considered for a permanent position on the HR team. For now, the position is contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates, conduct initial screenings for requirements
  • Present potential candidates to hiring managers and internal HR team
  • Work with internal hiring managers to coordinate interviews and manage feedback throughout the process
  • Facilitate a positive experience for all potential candidates
  • Document all recruiting activity in a recruiting database
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition processes such as working in the new ATS system, managing candidate pipeline, working alongside the HR team on TA related projects

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience
  • ATS familiarity is preferred, and experience sourcing candidates using tools like indeed
  • Ability to build relationships with the hiring managers and work with them to move applicants through the process
  • Comfortable recruiting for professional, technical, and administrative positions
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills

Job Details

  • This is a contract position, expected to last 4-6 months
  • Paying about $24-28/hr, pay will depend on experience
  • In-person, full-time schedule in Baltimore, MD
