Job Description:
* Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment
* Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and related logistics
* Support internal and client-facing projects, including preparing presentations and marketing materials
* Manage office operations, including supplies, mail, deliveries, vendor coordination, and IT support
* Maintain CRM database and assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks
* Provide general administrative support to team members and leadership

Requirements:
* Associate's Degree required
* 3+ years of administrative work experience required
* Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
* Experience with a CRM is required (Salesforce, etc.)
* Professional services experience is a plus! (law firm, financial services, etc.)

Additional Info:
* Pay range: 50,000 to 60,000
* Schedule: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm
* Location: In Office - parking is paid for
* Type: Direct Hire
