Job Description

Established organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a temp to hire opportunity in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay ranges from $21-23/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Process orders, returns, and shipment tracking updates
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
