Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Paralegal (Civil Litigation) in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, direct hire position with a stable, well-established law firm that offers growth and stability. This position offers a hybrid schedule and requires a minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience in a litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with attorneys and other paralegals on civil litigation cases
  • Support the team with e-filing, preparation of discovery, management of case files
  • Prepare legal documents, coordinate with outside parties to organize all documentation
  • Document all case information in FileVine case management system

Qualifications

  • Degree is not required but degrees and certifications (ABA Recognized) will be considered alongside experience
  • Experience directly supporting an attorney or working alongside a team of paralegals and legal admins in a litigation environment
  • Experience documenting in a case management system such as FileVine
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information

Additional Details

  • This is a full time, direct hire position offering a full benefits package, 401k options
  • Compensation will range depending on experience, possibly 65-80k with flexibility depending on experience
