Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their client's team temporarily in Fresno. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently. The Legal Secretary will play a vital role in supporting the office and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit attention to detail and maintain a proactive approach to tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff and attorneys to maintain and coordinate complex scheduling and accurate calendars for multiple attorneys and files.
• Process pleadings efficiently and provide general legal and administrative support to the office.
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in daily tasks.
• Possess strong computer skills to handle various software and administrative tasks.
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement.

This is a temporary role, with a pay scale of $21-24 per hour.
