Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) with strong full-cycle recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent across a variety of roles. This position plays a key role in helping us build a high-performing and diverse workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and recruitment campaigns
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish
  • Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate feedback, and maintain excellent communication throughout the process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and guidance during the recruitment journey
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Assist with employer branding efforts and talent pipeline development, particularly in Spanish-speaking communities
  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, labor laws, and company hiring policies

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment
    • Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles including technical, skilled labor, and administrative positions
  • Skills & Requirements:
    • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) - required
    • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate relationship skills
    • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
    • Understanding of employment laws, EEO, and hiring best practices
