Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative ONSITE to join their client's team in Texas. Responsibilities

• Handling a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and effectively.
• Providing accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Updating customer records and ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth call center operations.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a High School Diploma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
• Background Check and Drug Screen required

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift. Second shift is M-Thurs 12 (noon) to 9 pm Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Benefits

This position offers a competitive pay range with a maximum pay of $20.5 per hour and a minimum pay of $19.5 per hour.
