Job Description

We are looking to add a part-time Executive Assistant to our team! This is a hybrid position (20-25 hours per week)!

Pay Range: $30-$34/hour

Job Description:

  • Support the CEO with calendar management, communications, and internal coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires and interns, manage documentation (SharePoint), and liaise with IT for device/account setup.
  • Handle light office duties weekly, coordinate vendor and platform needs (CRM, ERP)
  • Assist in vendor coordination
  • Use tools like Excel and AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline workflows. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years in admin, ops, or executive support
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe Suite
  • Experience with CRM/ERP tools (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite)
  • Strong Excel and AI tool skills
  • Clear communicator, trustworthy, detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with managed IT providers
