Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a client's dynamic team in California. This role requires strong order entry skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Order Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, providing excellent service both on the phone and through email.
- Order Management: Track order progress, ensure timely shipment, and handle order changes or cancellations.
- Inventory Management: Verify product availability and assist with inventory checks.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry and Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entered is precise and up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with sales, shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Required Skills
- Order Entry Proficiency: Strong skills in using order entry software and systems.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Data Entry Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or order entry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Other: May require proficiency in specific software or systems depending on the company.
Required Work Hours
Monday - Friday, First Shift
Benefits
Competitive pay range of $20 - $24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
