Location: Moorpark, CA (Fully Onsite - No Remote/Hybrid Options)
Pay: $23-$26/hour (DOE)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team in Moorpark, CA. This is a fully onsite position-please only apply if you are open to commuting daily to our Moorpark office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing mortgage loan files from application through funding, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and lender guidelines.
Review and process residential mortgage loan files (conventional, FHA, VA, etc.)
Collect and verify borrower documentation
Maintain communication with borrowers, underwriters, loan officers, and third parties
Ensure loans meet regulatory and investor requirements
Submit files for underwriting and follow up on conditions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and meet daily processing deadlines
1-2 years of mortgage loan processing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and documentation
Proficient in loan origination systems (LOS) and basic computer skills
Must be comfortable working onsite in Moorpark, CA
