Details:

  • Pay range: $50K-$60K depending on experience level
  • Schedule: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Location: In office downtown Minneapolis - parking is paid for
  • Type: Direct Hire

Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression of the firm
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics including venue booking, equipment setup, catering, and communications
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and marketing initiatives
  • Provide project and client support, including printing, binding, and distributing materials
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and prospect information
  • Manage office supply inventory and restocking, including branded materials and refreshments
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and IT support as needed
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up workspaces, arranging equipment, and managing logistics like business cards and headshots
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries
  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Serve as the liaison with building management and share updates with staff
  • Provide general administrative support across the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative work experience required, holding an Office Assistant title is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
  • Experience with a CRM is required (Salesforce, DealCloud, etc.)
  • Professional services experience is a plus! (law firm, financial services, etc.)
  • Personable and professional with strong communication skills (verbal and written) and listening skills
  • Highly organized with good time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
