Temporary Receptionist needed ASAP to cover for Summer Vacation coverage in the Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Irvine by the airport. The Receptionist coverage is a couple of days to 2 weeks at a time to cover for vacations. These roles are in office opportunities. The pay per hour is $19.00-$21.00.
Miust have expereince:
Front Desk corporate office experience
Anwser incoming phone calls
Meet/greet vendors, clients and visitors
Manage UPS, Fed Ex and mail
Must be proficient with MS Office
