Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Receptionist (Front Desk and Office Support) in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a temp-to-hire position with a full time, in-office schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sit at the front desk as the face of the organization, answering phones and greeting visitors while taking on additional administrative duties
  • Support the office departments with administrative tasks and projects
  • Assist facilities team with scheduling of maintenance and vendors
  • Help with coordinating large training classes that are hosted at this office location
  • Able to be trained to assist with different tasks as needed such as maintaining records, organizing documents, forwarding invoices
  • Maintain professional and timely correspondence and communication

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of recent administrative experience including front-desk responsibilities
  • Proficiency with word, outlook, phone systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracy
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to be trained on new tasks

Compensation and Schedule

  • This is a temp-to-hire position paying about $21-23/hr, could increase to $24/hr once permanent
  • This is an in-office position in Baltimore city
  • Hours are 8:30 to 5 pm
