Partner with internal and external customers to uncover market trends, customer needs (VOC), and technology insights.
Analyze market and financial data to identify opportunities, gaps, and risks.
Drive ROI analysis throughout product development and lifecycle.
Define and deliver long-term product roadmaps grounded in data and market realities.
Lead field-based research with prototypes and guided interviews to discover unmet needs.
Shape the value proposition and design of product and solution offerings.
Create detailed product requirements through Agile tools, visual documentation, and user stories.
Develop pricing strategies, value props, and business models aligned to margin goals.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, order management, support, etc.) to meet KPIs.
Actively manage product portfolio, including sunsetting and consolidation decisions.
Evaluate offering performance and make data-backed recommendations.
Lead and mentor a team of 4 product managers - inspire, guide, and elevate.
Serve as the driving force across departments to align product vision and execution.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
10+ years of progressive product management experience
5+ years of direct people leadership and cross-functional team management
5+ years working closely with or leading marketing efforts
Experience with SaaS, PaaS, or cloud-based technologies a big plus
Visionary leadership with a collaborative, hands-on approach
Strong financial acumen; able to craft and interpret business cases
Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive results across matrixed teams
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Passion for customer experience and market innovation
Private office in a collaborative on-site environment
20-25% travel to trade shows and key customer visits
