* Would be nice to have mechanical background

* Computer Literate - MUST know how to do data entry in Excel

* Need to be able to troubleshoot problems based on error messages

* Plus if they are familiar with the following tools: multi meter, torque driver, pipette, light meter, temperature data lager, laser collimation, oscilloscope, and electrostatic discharge (ESD)

* Fields they may have been in previously: auto mechanics, aerospace, engineering firms

* Assembly experience 1- 5 years in CGMP environment does not have to be med device
