Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a high-energy and experienced Recruiter to join their client's team at a leading transportation company in San Bruno, CA. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent hire. The role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on qualifying and interviewing candidates while supporting the onboarding process across four divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and interview candidates who arrive on-site.
  • Review resumes and ask targeted, qualifying questions to assess suitability.
  • Evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements and team needs.
  • Support and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with division leads and hiring managers to ensure alignment.
  • Report directly to the Regional Recruiting Director and General Manager.
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment process from candidate entry to hiring.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and assessment skills.
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal training.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple divisions and managing shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required Work Hours

Full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site only.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive pay range of $27-$33 per hour, depending on experience.
