Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to provide organizational and administrative support to our Human Resources team. This contract role is ideal for a candidate with a strong HR foundation, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy, professional environment. The HR Coordinator will assist with reporting, documentation, and various HR processes to ensure efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department

  • Assist with HR-related documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance paperwork

  • Run and compile reports using ADP Workforce Now; ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, create reports, and apply formulas as needed

  • Maintain and update employee records, verify accuracy of HR data, and support audits

  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document tracking

  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee communications

  • Support day-to-day HR functions and provide general office assistance as required


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role

  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and functions)

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude
