We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to provide organizational and administrative support to our Human Resources team. This contract role is ideal for a candidate with a strong HR foundation, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy, professional environment. The HR Coordinator will assist with reporting, documentation, and various HR processes to ensure efficient operations.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
Assist with HR-related documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance paperwork
Run and compile reports using ADP Workforce Now; ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, create reports, and apply formulas as needed
Maintain and update employee records, verify accuracy of HR data, and support audits
Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document tracking
Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee communications
Support day-to-day HR functions and provide general office assistance as required
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and functions)
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
