Position Title: Customer Care Representative

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a driven and dependable Customer Care Representative to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves managing incoming calls from both customers and retail partners, providing assistance with a variety of inquiries including payments, product usage, and general support. The position is hourly and requires flexibility, including the potential for evening and weekend shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, offering support to new and existing customers regarding their accounts
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and guide them through appropriate solutions
  • Deliver responsive, courteous, and thorough customer service in every interaction
  • Utilize provided scripts to navigate a wide range of customer scenarios
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers and business partners as needed
  • Handle escalated concerns with professionalism and patience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or at least 1 year in a customer service role (experience with both business and consumer clients is a plus)
  • Previous collections experience is a bonus
  • Proficient typing and general computer skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment (90-120 calls daily)

Job Details:

  • Compensation: $17/hour for non-bilingual candidates; $20/hour for bilingual candidates
  • Schedule: Flexible shifts between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends
  • Location: 100% onsite role based in Las Vegas, NV
