Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Customer Support Representative to join our team at the Las Vegas, Nevada office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and retail partners, handling a variety of inquiries via phone. You'll provide support on topics such as payments, general account questions, and how to use our services. This is a non-exempt, hourly role that may require availability during evenings and weekends.
