Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Customer Support Representative to join our team at the Las Vegas, Nevada office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and retail partners, handling a variety of inquiries via phone. You'll provide support on topics such as payments, general account questions, and how to use our services. This is a non-exempt, hourly role that may require availability during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, assisting with account-related questions and support needs
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, offering tailored solutions
  • Deliver exceptional service with a focus on professionalism, efficiency, and empathy
  • Use established scripts and guidelines to navigate diverse scenarios
  • Follow up with customers and business partners as needed to ensure satisfaction
  • Address escalated concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of call center experience OR a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role (experience supporting both businesses and consumers is a plus)
  • Background in collections is a plus
  • Strong computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes (90-120 calls per day)

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $17/hour for non-bilingual reps; $20/hour for bilingual reps
  • Work Schedule: Varied shifts between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends
  • Location: Onsite position in Las Vegas, NV
