Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in California. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting sales operations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Update and maintain customer records and sales documentation.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new customer leads.
• Assist in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through follow-ups and outreach.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong data entry and order management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP or CRM experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
