Duties:

  • Provide primary executive support to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and preparing materials
  • Coordinate domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and special arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, expense reports, meeting minutes, and other key documents
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and correspondence
  • Support project management by tracking action items and deadlines
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan company meetings and events
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Skilled at working independently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Details:

  • Pay: $70K-$85K depending on experience level
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (must work a schedule between the hours of 7am-7pm office hours)
  • Location: in office 100% in Bloomington, Minnesota
  • Type: Direct hire with full benefits package
