Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing & Enrollment Administrator to join a rapidly growing insurance agency in Texas. This full-time position is based in San Antonio, TX, and offers an exciting opportunity to support the Group Case team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role requires a strong emphasis on data accuracy, process management, and effective communication, ensuring clients move seamlessly through the sales pipeline while delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support.

Responsibilities

  • Generate payroll deduction reports for clients with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Audit and reconcile invoices against enrollment records to ensure consistency.
  • Assist clients with submitting payments and managing ACH/EFT transactions.
  • Help document evolving billing and payroll procedures.
  • Support client onboarding by installing benefits administration and HR systems.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and provide responsive, courteous service.
  • Maintain and update internal reports as needed.
  • Prioritize incoming emails and juggle multiple administrative projects.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Perform additional or alternative tasks as assigned, including support for other departments or executives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; college education preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance-related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, resourceful, and driven to meet team goals.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional Details

Max Pay is $22. Min Pay is $18.
