Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in Texas. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in the state. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing to the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and office supply inventory to support overall office operations.
- Assist project managers by tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Offer seasonal assistance during peak times, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up with the Individual & Medicare Team.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks, maintaining clear communication and meticulous documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive and accurate experience for every interaction.
- Organize and maintain client files and policy documents with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment, ensuring a positive atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance office efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Required Work Hours
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Benefits
Max Pay is $22. Min Pay is $18.
Additional Details
Education requirement is a High School Diploma.
