Resident Relations Associate - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join a residential property team in Denver, Colorado. This ongoing assignment is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Use basic computer systems to respond to resident inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Think quickly and offer efficient solutions to resident issues.
Work closely with the property management team to enhance the overall resident experience.
Process and manage resident requests in alignment with company policies.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Basic computer and customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Work Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation
$22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
