Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Central California. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling components, while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell components using solid arguments and product knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through incoming and outgoing phone calls and follow-ups.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Possess in-depth and up-to-date product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
