Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their client's team in Visalia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and accounting. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and manage financial operations for multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Enter invoices and manage inter-company billing efficiently.
• Reconcile credit card statements with precision.
• Oversee bookkeeping for four ranches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into financial health.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, with experience in Famous Software being a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Benefits

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30, commensurate with experience.
