Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join a top client in the North Las Vegas area. This role is pivotal in driving sales and expanding market presence in the high-end residential sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the design and architecture community in Las Vegas and a proven track record in sales, particularly in high-end products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the luxury home and high-end residential market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end clients and their appointed designers, architects, and builders.
  • Promote and sell a range of decorative systems.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close orders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the luxury residential sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding market needs and trends.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Las Vegas area.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for VPs.
  • Liaise regularly with marketing and brand personnel for social media promotional activity.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits

Competitive salary with a fixed annual pay of $70,000 plus commission

This position is based in Nevada and is 100% onsite in Las Vegas.
