Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join their client's team in Simsbury, CT. This role is essential in driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively identify and seize new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase services and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand the client network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
