Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join their client's team in Simsbury, CT. This role is essential in driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand the client network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
