Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Inside Sales Opener. These positions are based 100% onsite in Santa Ana, California, and are ideal for individuals with a tax resolution background looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify outbound and inbound leads to set up successful interviews for expert closers.
  • Utilize strong phone communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Multitask seamlessly while managing leads and entering data into the system.
  • Read from a script confidently while ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Maintain a high level of motivation and a money-making mindset.
  • Leverage technical skills to work efficiently with dual screens.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent tax relief sales experience.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Comfortable with reading from a script and making phone calls.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, with options for shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy the perk of having no weekend work!

Additional Details
