Essential Functions:
Responds promptly to internal and external customer requests via phone, email, or company systems.
Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and updates tasks in the CRM.
Receives, inspects, and stocks incoming shipments; maintains accurate inventory.
Organizes and tracks warehouse inventory; ensures proper labeling and storage.
Prepares goods for pickup and assists field staff with warehouse needs.
Processes purchase orders and resolves any shipment issues.
Handles RMAs and ensures timely returns, credits, and communication with vendors and departments.
Reviews and corrects inventory records in the system.
Assists Fleet Supervisor with vehicle maintenance, assignments, and inspections.
Provides backup support for Purchasing Agent when needed.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Position Requirements:
3+ years in inventory management
1+ year in purchasing
High school diploma or equivalent
