Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Construction Consultant to join their client's great team! This role is designed for an individual with a strong background in general construction, capable of providing expert advice and insights into construction projects and related litigations. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively manage and prepare project estimates.

Responsibilities

• Apply general construction knowledge to prepare estimates used in litigations.
• Utilize project management experience to oversee various construction-related tasks.
• Answer repair questions and provide a real-world perspective on construction methods and materials.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how construction projects are built, focusing on means, methods, time, and materials.
• Utilize excellent problem-solving abilities and logical thinking in addressing construction challenges.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
• Travel occasionally within California, approximately 5% of the time.
• Work primarily behind the desk with minimal time spent onsite.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in general construction.
• Strong project management experience.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within California as required.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift. Hours can be flexible

Additional Details

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
