KPI management on dealer/offline channel KPIs for 3 markets (US/Canada/Mexico) and regular
reporting to stakeholders

2. Dealer/offline channel KPIs monitoring/management
1) Dealer Networks/Facility :
- Dealer network count, SI 2.0 (new dealer facility program) dealer roll out progress,
- In-Store Digital CX/Tool & EV Showroom Kit (EV Studio) dealer roll out progress
2) Reinforce Dealer Competency :
- Sales/Service Customer Satisfaction trend : a syndicated (JD Power) and internal survey
- Comprehensive Dealer Evaluation program
- Dealer Profitability trend, Dealer Product/Sales Training progress etc.
3) Digitalized Dealer Sales CX :
- eDelivery (a customer facing tool for delivery process) utilization rate trend
- Sales CX process Digitalization process design
Desired Experience and Specific Skills Required:
2) Project management experience in a wholesale automotive environment or equivalent industry a plus.
