Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client's amazing team in San Diego, California. This is an exciting temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and providing exceptional service to visitors and team members alike.

The pay is $18 to $20 per hour. The schedule is full-time, onsite Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability for temporary assignment.
