We're seeking a Leasing Agent to provide essential support during the busy summer season at multiple multifamily housing sites. This is a temporary, full-time position based out of our Arcadia office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of juggling various responsibilities across operations, marketing, legal compliance, and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support multifamily housing operations across multiple properties.
Coordinate maintenance repairs and manage vendor communications.
Assist with resident applications, lease renewals, and rent collection.
Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal and safety.
Implement and maintain marketing efforts including signage, banners, and resident retention strategies.
Prepare weekly reports on traffic, activity, and availability.
Help ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
Support the Director of Multifamily Operations with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; property management experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic internet research.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel locally to support different sites as needed.
Comfortable interacting with residents, vendors, and internal team members.

Duration: Temporary 3-4 month contract
Location: Arcadia, CA
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Work Environment:
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment within a private real estate company that owns and manages multifamily properties across Northern and Southern California, including affordable and senior housing.
