Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Dermatology Medical Receptionist to join a reputable dermatology office in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to patients. Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome patients into the office and create a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Enter patient information accurately into the EPIC system to ensure records are up to date.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups, coordinating with medical staff and patients.
  • Triage patients effectively to prioritize their needs and ensure timely care.
  • Obtain and document patient medical history to assist healthcare providers in delivering comprehensive care.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the dermatology department.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dermatology setting is required.
  • Proficiency in using EPIC or similar electronic medical records systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Work Hours

37.5 hours Monday through Friday $27/ hour
