Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Logistics Planning-Data Entry professional to join their client's team in Texas. Responsibilities

  • Manage order quantities and shipping schedules, with a focus on truckload volumes.
  • Coordinate closely with the Logistics Team to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
  • Identify open orders and maintain accurate raw data reports.
  • Execute back order deliveries and maintain fulfillment tracking.
  • Analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve allocation or delivery issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams, including warehouse staff, sales representatives, and supervisors.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated dependability, initiative, and a positive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in logistics, planning, or a similar data-focused operational role.
