Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Inside Sales Opener with a tax relief background. This exciting opportunity is based in Santa Ana, California, and offers a dynamic and fun work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying outbound and inbound leads as an Inside Sales Opener.
  • Conducting interviews to set up leads for success with expert closers.
  • Utilizing strong phone communication skills to engage with potential clients.
  • Managing multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilizing technology effectively, including working with two screens.
  • Exhibiting a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude with a focus on making sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent tax relief sales experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

Pay: Base salary plus 5% commission on each closed sale, with a pay range of $21 - $22 per hour depending on experience.
