Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Assistant to join their client's team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the commercial lines department, providing vital support to ensure excellent service delivery to clients. The position is located in a dynamic and collaborative environment where professional growth and learning are encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to account managers in handling client inquiries and processing requests efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and update client information and records accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to facilitate policy changes and endorsements.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance to clients and team members.
  • Organize and manage paperwork related to policy renewals, cancellations, and new business applications.
  • Contribute to team meetings and support special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift hours.
