Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Bond Lines Account Executive to join their client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry and will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business in bond lines. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with underwriters to develop and negotiate terms for bond lines.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding bond line products and services.
• Ensure all client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on account status and performance to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with current and accurate information.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property & Casualty License.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or other related fields is preferred.
• Insurance designation such as AFSB, CPCU, CRIS or other related programs or the ability and willingness to attain designation within 18 months as Account Executive.
• 10+ years of Bond account management experience or Bond sales.
• In depth understanding of surety and fidelity bonds, bond underwriting principles, and risk management practices is necessary.
• Proven experience in bond lines or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
