Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Admissions Advisor to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring they have the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their educational futures. The Admissions Advisor plays a crucial role in representing the institution and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide detailed information about programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.
  • Assist applicants in completing the admissions process, including document collection and review.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities such as open houses and college fairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and applications in the admissions database.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.
  • Provide feedback on the admissions process to improve efficiency and student satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in admissions or student services is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, during standard business hours, on a first shift schedule.

Benefits
