Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their client's team in Colorado. This role is essential in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring smooth daily operations. The HR Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, providing a positive experience for all employees and aiding in various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the onboarding process, ensuring all new hire paperwork is accurately completed and filed.
  • Conduct a high volume of background checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processing, including timecard verification and data entry.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the HR team with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Facilitate open enrollment and benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Work Hours

Mondays to Thursdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Fridays 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (will still be 40 hours per week)

Additional Details

The pay range for this position is between $22 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
