About the Role:
A Pasadena-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Data Analyst to support a community-focused survey initiative. This is a contract role ideal for someone passionate about making a difference through data. The analyst will assist with gathering, organizing, and interpreting survey data to help the organization better serve its community.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of surveys
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to support program development
Create reports and dashboards using Tableau to communicate findings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance
Qualifications:
Previous experience with data collection and analysis (survey experience preferred)
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting
Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
