Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence and email communications using provided templates
  • Respond to event-related emails and inquiries
  • Call and follow up with public officials (e.g., City Hall, Chief of Police) for invitations and event details
  • Send invoices and assist with general event logistics
  • Support the team in maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the planning process

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary - Fundraiser Support)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Part-time | Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-3pm + Flexible Friday hours (20-25 hours/week)
Duration: Temporary - 2-3 month contract
