Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their client's team in Colorado. This role is a full-time, onsite position in Denver, where the successful candidate will serve as the primary provider of administrative support to the sales executives. The Account Manager is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Facilitate new and current projects to completion with the support of Sales Executives.
• Answer telephones, emails, and handle customer requests as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate sample/fixture orders for customer shows/events.
• Populate new item paperwork, including sending specs, images, and pricing.
• Work with order entry to ensure incoming orders are accurate; reach out to customers and brokers to fix pricing discrepancies.
• Notify customers and brokers about discontinued items, suggested replacements, and out-of-stock issues.
• Assist customers with tracking information and status of their orders; work with the shipping department to relay specific requests or rush orders.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers and Sales Executives to choose items for displays and complete P&Ls.
• Manage customer rollouts, forecast new items, and track inventory accordingly.
• Work with the Accounting department to issue credits for returned items.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
