Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Executive Support Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in North Carolina. This role is essential for providing high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating effective communication within the office. The ideal candidate will be a professional with strong organizational skills and a polished demeanor.

This role is strictly temporary for about 5-6 months!

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, understanding the nuances of executive assistance.
  • Leverage experience in an office environment to manage executive schedules and travel plans efficiently.
  • Demonstrate professional presence and articulate communication skills with excellent grammar.
  • Utilize strong technical skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Support tasks akin to those of other coordinators, including managing expense reports, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
  • Troubleshoot time entries and coordinate with attorneys to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Engage in project work, such as compiling data in spreadsheets and monitoring RSVPs for events.
  • Employ software such as ServiceNow, Chrome River, Microsoft Office, Condeco for conference booking, and Intapp Time for time entry.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies for executive travel needs, understanding the intricacies of travel booking.
  • Possess experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant.

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

  • Salary Range: $30 - $35 per hour.
