Responsibilities:
-Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment tracking.
-Assist with payroll administration, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records.
-Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, taking messages when necessary.
-Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
-Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
-Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
-Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration is a plus.
-Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
-Experience with accounts payable, payroll, and other financial processes.
-Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
