About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Service Specialist to join a well-respected investment counseling firm in Pasadena. In this vital support role, you'll work closely with a team of Investment Counselors to provide exceptional client service, manage account administration, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to service requests and providing administrative support.
• Open, maintain, and monitor investment accounts across multiple custodians.
• Coordinate cash movements, investment contributions/distributions, and account maintenance.
• Support client meetings by preparing materials, updating records, and managing follow-ups.
• Liaise with custodians, investment counselors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and uphold client confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing financial services or wealth management environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or portfolio reporting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
