Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurants. This role is critical in ensuring that each location operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. The successful candidate will work closely with restaurant managers to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of multiple restaurants and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Schedule district and restaurant personnel within budgeted standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, service, cleanliness, and employee performance.
  • Handle hiring, termination, and management of store managers.
  • Attend quarterly meetings with restaurant managers and review profit and loss statements.
  • Conduct restaurant tours for quality control and operational assessment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

The role requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including Monday through Sunday, to ensure comprehensive oversight of operations across all locations.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 per year, offering a competitive compensation package for the right candidate.
